Compassionate Care Hospice Foundation provides assistance to terminally ill hospice patients and the people who love them that live in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, New York, Texas, South Dakota, and Georgia.

Compassionate Care Hospice Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.  Official registration and financial information is available by contacting your local regulatory governmental agency or by calling our office.

Making A Contribution:

• Checks may be made out to CCHF and mailed to the address below.

• Credit Cards may be phoned into our office at the following phone numbers.

• Matching Contributions – many companies match employee contributions, please check with your human resource department to see if they have a matching gift program.

Will I receive a tax credit for my donation?
You will receive an acknowledgement letter for your tax deductible gift.  If your contribution is made in remembrance of an individual, a letter will be sent to the family notifying them of your gift.  Dollar amounts are not included in the family acknowledgement letter.
